LeBron James Dominates to Lead Lakers to Championship Game

The Los Angeles Lakers earned a spot in the inaugural in-season tournament championship game with a dominant 133-89 win over the New Orleans Pelicans on Thursday night. LeBron James led the way for the Lakers, putting on a show in front of the home crowd at the Staples Center.
James finished with 32 points, 12 rebounds, and 8 assists, shooting 13-of-20 from the field. Anthony Davis added 23 points and 10 rebounds, while Kyle Kuzma chipped in 20 points off the bench.
The Pelicans were led by Brandon Ingram's 23 points, but they were unable to keep up with the Lakers' hot shooting. New Orleans shot just 39.1% from the field and 26.3% from three-point range.
The Lakers will now face the Eastern Conference champion in the tournament final on Saturday night.
